First Post

This is my first post on this blog. I intend the focus of this blog to be economics and finances. I will post about economic news that I find interesting and offer my own commentary. That's my plan, anyway. I'm by no means an expert when it comes to these subjects but I am also not a novice. I hope I will offer an interesting perspective to any readers of this site. This blog will serve as a learning experience, of sorts, for myself and hopefully for any readers as well. Of course, these plans may be modified along the way. So ... stay tuned ...
